Does your kid love trick-or-treating? Mine does! She gets such a kick out of going through her trick-or-treat bag to see all the goodies she collected.

When I was younger me and my sister would dump our candy out on the living room floor after trick-or-treating, sort them out, and trade with each other. Then we’d have a big sugar feast and watch some of our Halloween favorites. The Worst Witch, anyone?

I can’t wait for Lucia and Izzy to do the same.

In the meantime, my kid and yours can enjoy these I Spy printable puzzles while they wait for Halloween to come.

How to play I Spy

There are three free I Spy activities included in this printable! All are designed to be printed on 8.5 x 11″ printer paper.

All versions of these Halloween I Spy worksheets contain a variety of Halloween candies from wrapped hard candies to lollipops.

You’ll need this download and some coloring tools to complete this activity.

Add to the festive fun by using confetti crayons!

For the black and white versions of this game, the goal is to use a color code to find and count how many of each image you see and then write down the correct number in the boxes provided.

We have a beginners version that’s great for younger kids. There are only six different images to look for and the images are bigger in size.

Then we have a more challenging version. Kids have to find eight different images that are much smaller and appear more frequently.

For the colorful I Spy version, kids have to find a certain number of each hidden object. I recommend laminating this activity so that it can be reusable.
